营养与运动交互作用促进儿童健康成长

ڞZ:'zbjjnnviۿiuxiiotԒ<ԒF计划的顺利结束以及第三期学前教育三年行动计划的进一步推进,证明了加强政府多部门协同合作的重要性。学前教育强调保教结合,其中保育工作涉及卫生部门,各部门可联合幼儿园建立幼儿营养监控系统,创建涉及家庭、幼儿园、社区等多个系统的儿童营养监控体系,以有效监控儿童的生长发育和营养摄入情况,共建儿童运动营养追踪合作共同体。

促进儿童的健康成长是当代儿童研究的焦点问题,在跨学科研究背景下,运动营养学为此提供了全新的研究视角。相信随着人们对儿童营养与运动认识的进一步提高以及相关研究技术的进一步普及,运动营养学一定能够以理论联系教育实践的形式更好地发挥作用,从而真正解决当前儿童的运动与营养问题,进而为儿童的健康成长提供更加切实可行的指导。
