关于CET考试成绩证明和成绩核查申请的规定
【特别提示】 为使考生能够及时收到回函，除提交所规定的书面申请材料外，请务必同时附寄填妥回函通讯地址、收件人姓名、邮政编码的挂号件信封，并贴足邮资（根据现行的不超重的邮资标准：上海市内为3.80；
上海市外为4.20元）。
一、关于申请CET考试成绩证明的规定
1．CET成绩单遗失不予补发原件。但如需要可以申请补发CET考试成绩证明。
2．【申 请】 提供 1）学籍所在院校教务处出具的证明（说明参加考试时间、考试级别、准考证号、成绩并加盖公章）；
2）身份证复印件。
3．【受理时间】：3月15日至6月15日；
9月15日至12月15日。其他时间不予办理。
4．【申请方式】：以挂号信将条款{2}规定的申请材料邮寄至大学英语
四、六级考试委员会办公室。同时附寄【特别提示】所要求的贴足邮资的回函挂号件信封。
二、申请成绩核查
1．【申 请】：1）凭学籍所在院校教务处出具的证明（说明参加考试时间、考试级别、准考证号、成绩并加盖公章）；
2）身份证复印件。
2．【受理时间】：每次考试成绩发布后两个月内（时间以邮戳为准！）。
3．【申请方式】：申请者必须通过邮局（考委会办公室不予当面受理）将学籍所在院校教务处出具的证明、成绩单复印件和身份证复印件以及申请者的姓名及详细通讯地址挂号邮寄至大学英语
四、六级考试委员会办公室。考委会办公室将核查结果挂号邮寄至申请者本人。

Unit 5 Where is my ruler?
学情分析
学生年龄都在九到十岁左右，生性活泼好动，想象能力丰富，对游戏竞赛、唱歌都非常感兴趣。学生学习英语半年多了，大家都能说简单的日常交际用语。如何让他们学习英语有信心，感兴趣是我们教学的重点。课堂以跨越式模式为主，注重培养学生的英语学习兴趣，鼓励他们大胆说，努力听。
教材分析：在上册书Unit2>中我们已经学过句型：Where is...?在巩固此句型的基础上，学习一些新词和短语。

1） PPT提供一定主题内容的图片，培养学生在key points辅助下进行口语表达的能力。
