Abstract：As the prerequisite and dependent foundation of tourism development， tourism traffic was not only the main factor of tourism activities， but also an important support for tourism development， which had a profound impact on the development of the local tourism economy.Based on the correlation analysis of 2005 ～ 2015 Guizhou tourism traffic and tourism economic statistics， it was concludedthat the correlation between highway and air transport and tourism economic development of Guizhou was most closely， indicating that the plan of expressway and the civil aviation industry carried out in the recent years had a significant role in promoting the tourism economy in Guizhou.
