Abstract:In order to protect the quality of Baiyangdian surface and ground water, taking the printing and dyeing wastewater in Gaoyang County as the treatment subject, the process and operating parameters of Gaoyang Wastewater Treatment Plant are optimized and tested. The process of coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification with aeration tank-biological aerated filter-active sand filters is applied, and the designed treatment scale is 1.2×105 m3/d.The influent is as following: COD is 669 mg/L, SS is 424 mg/L, NH3-N is 8.83 mg/L, and TP is 6.03 mg/L. After the process, the best removal rates of COD,SS,NH3-N and TP are 93.5%,98.8%,97.1% and 96.2%, respectively. The various indexes of effluent water comply with standard A of the first order in Pollutants Emission Standard of Urban Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB 18918—2002). The processing cost is only 0.807 yuan/m3. As a result, the project construction and operation not only improve the environment, but also promote regional economic development. Process design and operating parameters provide important reference value for treatment of the printing and dyeing wastewater industry.

河北省高阳县作为闻名全国的“纺织之乡”“纺织强县”,其纺织业近年来得到了进一步快速发展,随之出现了印染废水逐年剧增的问题。由于排水管网建设不够完善,造成大量未经处理的工业废水被肆意排放,不仅对下游白洋淀的地表水及地下水水质造成了严重威胁,也严重影响了高阳县自身的投资环境,制约了其可持续发展,因此提高印染废水的处理效率,对保障水环境的安全具有重要意义[1]。印染废水以有机污染为主,且SS含量高,色度深,具有水量大、碱性和水质变化剧烈、可生化性较差等特点[2]。本文以高阳县污水处理厂印染废水处理工艺为研究对象,分析了混凝沉淀-水解酸化/曝气池-曝气生物滤池-活性砂滤池工艺对废水中有机物的去除特性,为印染废水处理工艺的设计和运行管理提供参考[3]。
1 工程概况
1.1 设计规模与水质
该污水处理厂总投资2.1亿元,占地面积1233 hm2(185亩),配套管网长74.73 km,设计处理规模为12万m3/d,24 h运行,且已通过环保验收,废水经处理后可达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准,设计进水水质及排放标准见表1。
1.2 工艺流程
高阳县境内各企业的印染废水通过管网排到高阳县污水处理厂集中处理,结合印染废水的水质特点,采用水解酸化/悬链式曝气活性污泥工艺进行二级生化处理,再经曝气生物滤池和活性砂滤池进行深度处理,出水经过NaClO消毒后排入污水处理厂西侧排干渠,向东流入孝义河。剩余污泥经浓缩机械脱水后运至垃圾处理厂处置。具体处理工艺流程如图1所示。
2 主要构筑物设计及工艺参数
2.1 粗格栅及提升泵站
进水泵房与粗格栅井合建,其中粗格栅的主要作用是去除水中较大的漂浮物,拦截直径大于20 mm的杂物,以保证提升系统的正常运行。共有2台回转式格栅,电机功率为1.5 kW,格栅宽度为12 m,栅条间隙为25 mm,安装角度为75°,栅前水深为0.8 m,根据格栅前后液位差控制运行。
